Terms of the “FIRST KG FOR FREE” promotion To participate in this promotion, the following conditions must be met: - promotion applies only to new Customers receiving packages from the USA for the first time; - Client's account must be created on expressus.kg no earlier than October 7, 2019; - all parcels must be registered by the Client on expressus.kg; - each shipping label must include Client's name as recipient; - promotion is one-time only and applies to single parcel delivery with a total weight of no more than 1 kg; - parcels must be received by the Client in person at our office by presenting their ID. Examples: - if Client receives a parcel/parcels with a total weight of 3 kg, the first kg will be free, the remaining 2 kg must be paid for according to the tariffs of the Company; - if Client receives a parcel/parcels with a total weight of 0.5 kg, this parcel/parcels will be delivered free of charge. At the same time, the remaining 0.5 kg is not transferred to subsequent deliveries; - if Client receives a mobile phone (1 pc) and clothes weighing 0.5 kg, delivery of a mobile phone (electronics are rounded to 1 kg) will be free of charge.
