Goods prohibited from import from the USA and Turkey
- Mobile phones and servers;
- Any printers (including 3D printers);
- Drones, binoculars, rangefinders, thermal imagers, tactical backpacks, footwear, and any goods related to military equipment and dual-use items (all goods from 511tactical.com);
- Dry rations, hops, yeast, seeds of any plants or food products;
- Electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc. Vape cartridges, liquids, etc.
- Fragile goods, including dishes, vases, and other glass items (we are not responsible for integrity during transportation);
- Books with religious content
- Jewelry, precious metals and gemstones
- Firearms, signal, pneumatic, gas weapons, ammunition, bladed weapons (including throwing weapons), stun guns and spark dischargers, as well as main parts of firearms;
- Drugs and narcotics of any origin, psychotropic substances;
- Radioactive substances;
- Gunpowder, explosives, corrosive, flammable and other hazardous substances;
- Medicines;
- Animals and plants;
- Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars
- Human remains and organs;
- Antiques;
- Works of art;
- Money and monetary documents in any form: payment orders, checks, vouchers, securities, bonds, coupons, shares, credit cards;
- Postage stamps;
- Items and publications of an obscene nature and content, pornography in any form;
- Radiophones;
- Items prohibited from transportation by the world transport association;
- Items that by their nature or packaging may pose a danger to workers handling parcels, soil or damage other shipments and equipment;
- Bengal lights and fireworks;
- Gases in any packaging, including pepper and tear gases;
- Flammable liquids;
- Any fuel and empty containers from it;
- Paint and varnish products, any paints and solvents;
- Perfume, sprays, perfume samples, hair or nail lacquers, any alcohol-containing liquids (including Victoria Secret mists and hand sanitizers);
- Alcohol-containing liquids (perfume, nail and hair lacquers, dry shampoos)
- Vitamins and oils based on narcotic substances;
- Fishing nets
- Hair growth products (minoxidil, etc.);
- Radioactive materials;
- Anti-corrosion substances;
- Pipe cleaners;
- Oxygen-rich substances;
- Aerosol containers;
- Scuba diving tanks;
- Propane containers;
- CO2 containers;
- Weapons and ammunition;
- Gunpowder;
- Dry ice;

- Hazardous/used batteries: lead-acid, alkaline (including car batteries), new or used lithium batteries outside devices; damaged batteries of any type and used alkaline, nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) or nickel-cadmium (NiCd) batteries;
- Airbags;
- Car shock absorbers, other used spare parts or those containing lubricants and materials
Additional prohibited goods from Turkey
- Animal feed
- Knives of any type (kitchen, folding, etc.)
- Costume jewelry
- Food products
- Any liquids
- Vitamins, ANY cosmetics (including creams), tea, coffee and other food products
- Shampoos
- Vitamins, dietary supplements
- Powdery and liquid substances
- Any electronics (including household appliances)
- Medicines and medical supplies
Customs rules and restrictions
Please note that the duty-free import threshold of €200 to the EAEU territory, of which Kyrgyzstan is a member, has officially been in effect since April 1, 2024.
When ordering goods worth more than €200 or weighing more than 31 kg, a 15% tax will be imposed on the excess amount or €2/kg (if parcels weigh more than 31 kg).
For example, when ordering goods worth €500, a tax of €45 + customs broker fees will be imposed.
Please keep this in mind when planning your orders.
Terms of postal forwarding services
1. Definitions
Service Provider – ExpressUS company (LLC «Express-U-S»), providing postal forwarding services from the United States of America (USA) to the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the terms of paragraph 1 of Section I of the Instructions «On the movement of goods and motor vehicles across the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic by individuals», approved by the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 31, 2004, No. 976.
User – a client of ExpressUS company (LLC «Express-U-S») who has agreed to cooperate under these Terms.
Unique Postal Address – a postal address located in the state of Delaware, USA, which can be used by the User to receive orders from online stores for further forwarding to the Kyrgyz Republic. The Unique Postal Address is listed on the main page of http://expressus.kg/.
Online Store Order (or Order) – one or more items purchased by the Service Provider or User in an online store, placed from the online store to the Service Provider's Unique Postal Address in the USA, and having a unique tracking number.
Self-placed Order – an order placed and paid for by the User independently.
Order via ExpressUS – an order placed and paid for by ExpressUS at the User's request.
Tracking Number – a unique number assigned by a postal or courier service to identify a mail item in the delivery system, also used by the Service Provider and User for tracking the movement of an order.
Unclaimed Orders – orders not claimed within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
Prohibited Goods – goods that are prohibited from being sent from the USA to Bishkek in accordance with US and Kyrgyz Republic legislation, as well as the Service Provider's policy.
2. Services provided
The Service Provider undertakes to provide the following postal forwarding Services:
- provide a Unique Postal Address in the state of Delaware (USA) for receiving orders placed and paid for by the User or Service Provider in online stores;
- receive Orders placed and paid for by the User or Service Provider and delivered by postal services to the Unique Postal Address;
- inform the User about the movement of the Order through the http://expressus.kg/ website system, as well as by email (provided the Order is properly registered by the User);
- The Service Provider strictly monitors that goods prohibited from forwarding do not get included in shipments to Kyrgyzstan. Upon discovery of prohibited items, such items will be destroyed. The Service Provider may arrange return/forwarding within the USA of prohibited goods at an additional fee with the User's consent;
- The Service Provider may provide additional services (checking order contents, additional packaging, measurement, etc.) for a separate fee (ExpressUS).
3. Service Provider obligations
The Service Provider undertakes to:
- Reimburse the cost of the order per invoice if it was lost due to the Service Provider's fault (subject to the User providing all necessary information upon the Service Provider's request);
- not disclose and take all available measures to ensure the confidentiality of User information, including: User's passport data, operations with Orders and Parcels.
4. Limitation of liability
- The Service Provider is not responsible for Orders on which the Unique Postal Address is not fully or incorrectly indicated, regardless of whether this occurred due to the fault of the store or the User.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for the contents, completeness, or correspondence of article numbers, colors and sizes of the Order regardless of the type of Order (Self-placed Order or Order via ExpressUS).
- The Service Provider is not responsible for loss, damage, or quality loss of the Order or its constituent items that occurred during delivery of the Order from the online store to the Service Provider's warehouse.
- The Service Provider is not responsible to the User for a Parcel confiscated by Customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic due to violation of Customs legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- The Service Provider is not responsible to the User for Unclaimed Orders. The Service Provider does not accept orders where delivery must be paid upon receipt (cash on delivery or COD). Any parcel requiring payment upon receipt will not be accepted by the Service Provider's warehouse.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for orders that may be delayed at customs terminals in Turkey and the USA pending payment of customs or other duties.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for jewelry received and shipped from our warehouse. The Service Provider does not pay compensation for loss, non-receipt, or receipt of items different from those ordered, regardless of circumstances.
5. User obligations
The User undertakes to:
- register on the Service Provider's website, filling in all required fields and providing all data necessary for registration (copy of a valid passport, etc.);
- use the Unique Postal Address when placing Orders in online stores;
- register the order tracking number on the Service Provider's website, indicating the Order contents, the name of the online store and the order tracking number (in cases where a tracking number is not provided by the store/seller, write «n/a» or leave a dash);
- in the event of Order cancellation at the initiative of the online store or the User, notify the Service Provider within 3 business days;
- not include in Orders and not send to the Unique Postal Address items prohibited from forwarding. The full list of goods prohibited from forwarding is posted on the Service Provider's website and may be updated;
- pay the Service Provider's fees on time in accordance with current rates;
- in the event of the Service Provider's violation of customs legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic resulting in unexpected tax and/or customs duty charges and Order confiscation, not make any monetary or other claims against the Service Provider;
- comply with the requirements of customs legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as requirements and restrictions established by US postal and courier services regarding Orders;
- register an account on http://expressus.kg/ only in the name of the final recipient. Accounts registered under fictitious names and discovered by the Service Provider will be blocked without warning.
6. Service Provider rights
When providing Services to the User, the Service Provider has the right to:
- request the User's passport when issuing an Order;
- withhold the Order until the User has fully paid the Service Provider's fees according to the rates;
- not ship from the USA Orders or parts of Orders that fall into the category of Prohibited Goods without prior warning;
- not ship from the USA Orders or parts of Orders if they have not been properly registered on the Service Provider's website without prior warning;
- not ship from the USA Orders or part of Orders if the User has exceeded existing customs restrictions without prior warning;
- refuse to fulfill an order if standard packaging that meets current requirements and restrictions of US postal and courier services cannot be selected;
- request additional documents from the User (identity document, bank statements, etc.) if the account holder is suspected by the Service Provider's employees of committing unlawful actions in the field of online shopping.
7. Cost and Payment
The User pays for the Service Provider's Services in US dollars or Kyrgyz soms in cash according to the current Tariffs (commercial exchange rate is used for calculations).
8. Legislation
The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic applies to the provision of Services.
